Happened to see this car at the NJ Chapter Winter Brunch at the Chart House.

The only problem is that Adrian *** Black wants one now! He keeps obsessing about driving this around Time Square.

This car is not Photoshopped! The only photoshop is the car at Time Square with Adrian.

2. If it is real, is it on hydraulics like a LowRider?

I believe that the owner of this car has a buisness in the town where I live. He drives the car all year round so I frequently see it. I spoke with the owner at a car show last summer and he seemed like a nice guy.

So yes it is real. I believe that this is on hydraulics and raises when he drives it. It sits so low I don't think it would be possible to drive and/or turn when it is low. While I wouldn't want to lower mine like that it was a big hit with the people at the show.

Well i think its ugly also, not because of the rims but lowered that much makes it look stupid IN MY OPINION. I'm sure the owner is nice guy.

Somebody should take a picture of it when the hydraulics are on. I bet it looks like a regular viper. It sits low like that when it's stationary only.
