Tony,
Being originally from RI, I remember Elmwood Dodge from long ago, and they have always had a good reputation. They have been around for a long time, and the only way you can stay around for as long as they have, is to treat people right. I found a small Chrysler Plymouth dealer less than 1/2 hour away from my home, and they just happened to have a Viper tech on staff there. He has been able to fix anything I have been able to throw at him, and then some. He now services at least two or three more Vipers in the area who tried other dealerships that did not do right by them (There aren't many Vipers in this part of Michigan to begin with.) Glad to hear about good dealers for a change.

Tony, I found Bald hill dodge to be great as well. One day i pulled into a parking space with a cement guard, and got too close. I ended up sliding my facia on top of the cemetnt, and heard the most painfull scratching sound, when i pulled back and got out to inspect i noticed that coolent was leaking, and paint had been chipped. I immediately took it to bald hill, but the only certified tech there happened to be the service manager who happened to be in a meeting. They paged him right away, and he got in within 15 minutes. He looked it over and informed me that i spilled from the reserve coolent bottle. After spending quite some time informing me on the service ins and outs of the car, he didn't even charge me a dime.
The question now is, since i have the same problem as you with the rubber, should i just assume it's covered if i bring it in? or should i call and make trouble?
