Many of the other people on this board may have the same problem I have. I went to test drive a Subaru Imprenza with the 217 horsepower. The salesman told me, "be careful the turbo will kind of get away from you"

It was a pretty quick car, but after the Viper nothing feels very fast.

If you're into power it kind of makes it hard to be impressed by other cars.

I'm afraid it's worse than that. As McGuire mentioned, you will fairly quickly acclimate to 450 HP, after which not only will every other car feel slow, but even your own Viper will seem merely adequate. If you're like me, you'll go out and modify it, add another 150 HP, drive THAT around for a while until it feels normal, and then go back and add even more. I don't know if 850+ HP is going to eventually feel "normal" to me, but it may

The only vehicle I've driven which always felt FAST to me was my old 144 RWHP YZF-R1. Even then, it may only have been because my self-preservation instincts would kick in when I would nail it in 1st and the front wheel would pop off the deck...
