Factory front license plate holder ?

Got a brochure in the mail today from DC showing a nice
collection of factory acc's for our "collectable" Vipers.
The bra that is shown for both gen 1 and 2 cars seems to
have a built in pocket for a front plate. Does it ?

Actually, I have a question for you regarding the brazier for your little lady. When you get get bug guts on it, does it come off easy? Or, since it's not a smooth surface, do you have to scrub pretty hard?
