Price sounds very good!! I paid a little less than that about 1 month ago for my 97 GTS with 13K miles (still under original 3 yr warranty!!). Make sure everything checks out by a qualified Viper tech (just as you have planned!!).

I, too, am puting stripes on the car. I debated paint or vinyl and decided to go with paint. FWIW, I know several people who used the vinyl and had issues going through the NACA duct and liscense plate with vinyl. Seemed like it would not stay and they decided against this!! Again, congrats and welcome to the 97 club

Sounds like a great price. I have my eye on a 98 with 3k miles but the asking price is about 5K more than I want to pay so 49K is great! I hope it checks out ok.
