Mike Buker called my SRT-10 buyer friend, Dave Olsen, and spoke to him regarding the pending delivery of his car. I was with Dave at the time as we were heading to lunch.

We both spoke with Mike, and he is obviously concerned with customer satisfaction and professionalism when he conducts business. Dave had told me his cell phone sometimes drops calls, and based on that it seems highly doubtful that Mike hung up the phone on Dave as I mentioned before. Shame on us. Indeed, Mike certainly doesn't seem like the kind of guy to hang up on a Viper buyer!

As of four days ago, Fitzgerald now explains in writing their pre-payment policy. This policy will avoid confusion for future buyers, so a positive outcome is evident here.

Thus, I (and Dave Olsen) hereby apologize for any imflammatory remarks directed against Fitzgerald Dodge or any of its representatives. The concern regarding pre-payment on Dave's part was valid, but future buyers will have no such concerns. The pre-payment policy was, after all, the only real issue.

When it's time for me to shop for another Viper, Mike Buker will definitely get a call from me. However, to be fair, so will Dave Julien and Bill P. But after the Gen 3 threads written here recently, they'll probably all refer me to "Baghdad Dodge."

Best regards to all, George Murray & Dave Olsen
