Don\'t really mean to heist your thread . . .

But how did you get an avatar picture so fast? I'm going to be shooting some shots this weekend of my new-to-me GTS (detailing is done and I just got the clear corners) and want to have a pic on my posts.

"... how did you get an avatar picture so fast?"

That is one of the photos from the ad to sell the car. I haven't had time to take pics of the car yet, and after driving through about 3 hours of rainstorms, it's filthy. Have to detail it then take it somewhere cool (Everglades, South Beach, etc.) and snap some pics.

Vipermad added the avatar for me.

SnakeOyl IMHO. I had these in my previous Viper and recently sold them to another VCA member.

I should have been clearer. I guessed those were "for sale" pictures, but what I really want to know is how do I post an avatar photo. I STFA and read that you have to ask permission from Vipermed and it helps if you are a VCA member. Just seemed to me you had a pci so fast you must know how this all works.

I like the quality of the SnakeOly, but those Viper Logos are WAY TOO BIG for my taste.

I just ordered a set on-line and they fit perfect and look great! Viper Logo with the word "Viper" under it.
Quality seems OK, but haven't been used much yet!

I recently bought mats from the Northern California Viper Club, They look great and don't slip at all, they actually feel quite plush. They are also half the price of Snake Oyl.

Whatever you do, do not buy the mopar ones, they really ****! They always will roll up under your pedals. Sometimes I swear the mats moved by themselves.

Oh, forgot the address:

www.usspeedonline.com :2tu:
I'm gonna believe you guys on this one. I cancelled my Mopar floor mat order (easy to cancel Viper part orders since they are so slow to show up) and ordered the usspeedonline. They sound like too good of a deal, but my new Viper peeps wouldn't steer me wrong.

Anyone tried LLoyds mats?
Had them in the Z-06 along with a trunk mat and the quality was outstanding. They have options like colored edging etc to really personalize the interior.

Ditto to PhoenixS4-GTS and ViperJohn, I'm going to go with the member's recommendations on this one. I was just about to order Snakeoyl mats, but went for the CA club mats at 50% of the cost. Good call. Thanks

The ones from Usspeedonline are the Lloyd mats. And you have many options to chose from.

No they don't move around. They even come with fasteners to hold them in place. They fit so well that I didn't need to use the fasteners.

Any reason to NOT buy direct from Lloyds then?
Thanks

I don't think that you can buy them directly. The website has different retailers listed. One being US Speed.

ViperBing,

I ordered them a few days ago. Once in and used for a couple days, I will post pics and give an evaluation.

The California mats are well made and do not slip at all. However, they are more for cars that don't get driven much. The reason.........the Viper emblom is exactly where your heel rests. We bought them in April of 2000. By the end of the second year, 18,000 miles, the emblom was disintegrated. Now there is only a different color space where the emblom used to be. If the emblom were set back further to the seat(and maybe it now is), where you feet would have little contact with it, it would be a good mat. I would not buy them again.
