I just purchased a 2000 GTS and as we all know it has cast internals. I will be installing a Paxton blower and probably replacing the pistons with forged ones so I can turn up the wick a little more. If I just replace the pistons, will I be fine? And how much HP/TQ are the cast pistons safe for anyways?

You can buy forged replacement pistons for a creampuff and you don't have to change the rods.
What rod depends on where the pin placement is in the piston. Roe sells the pistons.

Thanx guys. I will call Sean this week and talk to him as well. First order of business is getting the pistons swapped which will be done over the winter.
