Was just searching on ebay and found several people selling 1:24 scale ACR's which appear to be being produced by Bburago...

Toys R US has this car If I remember right and it is a remote control car for about 50 bucks.

They are different....I have the Walmart ACR and will order one Bburago 1:24 from another shop on ebay...2-3 Euros cheaper than the link above.
