I've decided to order a 2002 GTS. Does anybody out there know what I can expect as far as time lapse from the time I order it until it's delivered to the dealer? Weeks ot months?

From ordering to delivery can take as little as 2 months or as long as 6-8 months!
Your best bet is to call one of our loyal Viper oriented dealers on this website.
They'll either have one in stock, or one almost at their door, that they can send right to YOUR door.

For 2002, that depends on the DEALER!
If the dealer has a sold order, it should process quickly, but will not begin a build process right away. A safe bet, at least 200 are ahead of you...maybe more. At least Mid-Feb to begin build would be my guess......
Since there are so few COMBOS avail, why not see if the one you want already exists? What combo do you want?
Contact your dealer, or Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse, and see what they have coming in.........or can be bought/traded elsewhere..

I just checked, and any Dodge dealer with "Viper Allocation" can order you a 2002 Viper. The full 2002 capacity has NOT been ordered. Yet. [ maybe all this 2003 "ordering" has slowed it down?! OOPS...can I post 2003 comment here/
And my earlier estimate of Feb-March is very close to true.
That said, all you get is your name on the sticker! Why not post YOUR choice of color, model, interior, and Chuck or Bill or YOUR preferred dealer can find one for you NOW ?!
