Frozen Window Locks

My window key locks don't turn . I've PB Blaster'd them to soak and still no movement. Don't think they've ever been turned since the factory install. So, is there a way to open the locks from the inside to get them working again? Can I get new locks?

The only reason I'm pursuing this is for that bad day when I can't unlock the doors with the fob for whatever reason. As I understand it, you remove the window to access the emergency door release.

Forgive me if this question sounds silly but in what direction did you put the key into the cylinder? With the teeth facing up or down. If I remember correctly you have to put the key in with the teeth facing down. My RT is all locked up right now so I can't double check this but give that a try if you haven't already.

You can pop the plug out and unbolt them from the inside. Usually you can push down on the window enough to remove the rear window with the locks locked.

Not silly at all . . . key doesn't work up or down.

Another silly question:
The key for the rear window locks is a separate key. It is all metal, half the size of your ignition key and it has Sneaky Pete logo on it. Is this the key your trying?

Yup, have both of the small Sneaky Pete keys. There is the possibility the keys were wrong from original vehicle delivery I guess. Oh well, maybe there is a VIN:window key code registry somewhere? Why didn't Dodge make this a fixed window to begin with?

Especially on the GEN II RT/10's...if the battery were to go dead, the hard top was on, and the windows were up you would have NO WAY to get into the car. Probably be either busting out the back window or cutting off the hardtop.
