I don't have either one, but I would look at the smooth 3 piece real hard. Just looks right.

One of my RT's has a Gen1 AF hardtop, and it's a very nice unit. AF's quality is very good, and their paint is BETTER than OEM on my car.

My O N L Y complaint is that I cannot cure the rattles and creaks. I've tried many times to re-adjust or add foam weather stripping, but it still creaks louder than my bed does on a "GOOD" night!!

Anyone have any solutions? Den

Buy the new top from Jeff. I have the one piece version with no scoop.
It looks so good compared to any of the others, it's a no brainer.

Hey Guys. Thanks....for the advice and compliments...I really like the 3 piece top, plus the fact it can go in the trunk....what about the windows for a GEN 1 with that top? What is the deal with them? Windows are my real concern having a GEN 1....how much do they open, how easy are they to take on and off? Thanks,

Thanks guys, I definitely like the look of the autoform better than the 3 peice...that is just my opinion...does anyone have one used for sale? Brand new is a bit pricey...Thank a bunch for the great input!

I have the ViperMania top and windows, and I realy likel them. My only complaint - Like Denny - is that is squeeks really bad. It is pretty annoying. I use the top almost exclusively for track days. If it didn't squeek so much, I might use it at other times.

I love my AF top. The windows need a bigger access slider thingy-ma-jig and I have spoken to Tony about making new windows that have a larger opening, but other than that I love it. As far as the squeaking goes, have any of you adjusted the locking pins that hold the top to the sport bar? When the top is off, loosen the 2 screws, slide the locking pin up ever so slightly, then put top on and enjoy a no squeak ride!
