good deal on a 96 GTS...

What is a good deal or fair price on a 96 GTS with 22k miles? Has some mods such as short shifter, Edelbrock headers and a borla cat back. I think the car is in good shape.

If it's clean, I would say "fair market value" would be low $40's to mid $40's. That's my opinion of course.

I paid $52,000 4 years ago for a similar car, less miles. I would like to think that mid to upper 40's would be right.
