:2tu: Ken Klickman at Timberline Dodge in Portland has been a tremendous help to me with background information on the car I purchased, advice, key fob programming help, answering the newbie dumb questions and most importantly I had an issue with border clearance due to someone having a bad hair day. I had to get a letter from a Dodge dealer in a panic or it was going to cost me a fortune in wait times (or worse; offloaded!!!) I called Ken and he dropped everything and got a letter drafted with their corporate seal and all in a matter of Minutes.
Wish his dealership was closer....

I think I'm really going to like you Viper people;)

PS. 4 more sleeps.....

Figures there would be government BS to contend with, nice to hear you cleared the border, who has to do your inspection?
Have put 1500 KM on in 5 weeks :D , went to Turner Valley last weekend, great drive with all the fall colors, checked out some of the towns oil and gas history while we were there and of course forgot my camera. Going to Black Diamond this Sunday to check out the old Soda Fountain. I LOVE THIS CAR, now I want another one.

Tried to sign up for Alberta but they haven't decided on what the dues will be yet. Kinda want to get it moving so I can get to the how-to and magazine. Patience...

Not going to believe it but Canadian Tire is the outlet they want to use. My son works at the one in Airdrie so I'm not terrified to take it there.

I strongly second the comments made about Ken Klickman who is also my Viper Tech. Ken's extensive knowledge of the Viper and aftermarket parts plus his willigness to work extensively and directly with his clients makes for a powerful (and rare) combination.
