Goodbye 94 RT and hello 97 GTS!!!

Just traded the ole 94 RT this past weekend for a 97 GTS. All I can say is WOW!!! What a difference a Gen II makes. Simply put, it's like night and day. Don't get me wrong, I love that 94 RT, but the 97 GTS is so different. I'm all smiles!!

Gerald - Already bought the Borla cat back, smoothies and K&N's.

Stripes are next, then either headers or suspension work!!

Jerry - Why didn't you tell me the "other" side was SOOOO NICE much sooner?!

GO 4LO - Boy, where to start?! If were only talking about Gen I vs. Gen II, both power and refinement are huge. I can't get over the difference in the cluth and shifting!! Truely is night and day difference. I'm not saying the Gen I is bad, just very different. Please e-mail me and let's talk. I'm happy to help in any way!!

Dan - After having the RT for several years, I'm ready to "hide"!! At least for now

Can you believe it!!?? I'm still amazed that it happened so fast.

The Gen II is great. Might make you want to flip your 95 again just so you can get one!

I know what you mean about the GTS feeling completely different.
(Since I just made the change myself).
Like you, I loved my 94, but I love the GTS even more (if that's possible).

It feels smoother, quieter, more responsive. Simply just more refined.

What are the biggest differences? Do you mean in terms of power or interior amenities or what? I'm trying to decide right now between Gen I and Gen II, so your input is greatly appreciated! Congrats on the new Viper

Rich - You of all people know what I'm going through!! There is such a HUGE difference in the cars, not only GTS vs RT, but Gen I vs Gen II. I'm sure were both very happy guys

King - You always knew that one day I would be converted to the dark side!! I've always loved your car and wished that we did NOT have similar taste

I'm trying to decide on stripes as I write this. I probably wouldn't mind if we got our cars mixed up
