I received the windows a while back, but I just received the new V mania hard top today! The craftsmanship is excellent and care is taken on the fine details. The materials are top quality and seems reliable.

It looked so awesome on the car. The best part was that I didn't have to remove the sport cap on the car (unlike the Mopar top) and it fit like a glove. I love the locking mechanism for the rear part of the top, it sures it down perfectly and is air tight (it is way better than the canvas top locking mechanism).

I would definitely like to thank Jon B again for the deal and Biff for making the best hard top on the market. I would reccomend this top for anyone with an RT10....

I am glad to hear you like the TOP from VMania. I am supposed to get my windows today and the top in 10days and cant wait.

Does the top and windows seal out the noise a lot better?

How does the Windows fit with the canvas top?

Eager for arrival. Summer is here as you know

Thanks

To answer the questions for GATOR SERPENT...

1. yes. it seals out more noise (today was the 2nd time i was able to drive it since i got the top, the car doesn't start)

2. I didn't bother to test fit it with the canvas top, but it looks like it would fit fine.

Phil....I have no pics yet, but it looks similar to the Mopar double-bouble with an easier connection for the rear and it is sturdy!

Got our windows about a month ago, and they match up well against the soft top. They really make a difference in how much road noise is filtered out. We could set the stereo at a moderate level with the top on and windows in, and still talk to one another without having to raise our voices. Wind noise is very low, almost non-existant. The V Mania windows seal well against the rubber part of the side frames of the soft top. Haven't (and probably won't) try to see how well they work in the rain, unless we happen to get stuck in an nexpected rain shower. If you open the sliders, they let in a fair amount of air without much added noise. If you want more ventillation, then pull the pins on the back window, and drop it down so it stays open. Jon B mentioned that one to me, and it works well.

I cannot thank Jon B enough for showing me in the right direction. The top shielded me from the next to brain scrambleing sun rays. I love it.....

Biff, on the black RT10, where the hood meets the door by the engine bay, what is that covering there? Did you do that? I want to do something similar, but something more breathable....
