looks like flat grey primer! Buff some gloss into it.

Use the plastic-wrap feature in Photoshop. That'll gloss that sucker up.

The original plan was for the SRT to come in this color instead of black. Viper owners took part in a pole from Dodge to decide which color should replace the graphite. Just for the information of those that weren't here during that time.
