Missouri tags, appeared to have HRE 540 polished wheels, EBC greens, and a MGW gas cap cover. 135th Street and Quivera Road. Tried to approach in a parking lot with my black SUV, but owner ran like a scared rabbit. Must not have seen my MGW Viper hitch plug on the back. I am guessing he was trying to get all my action while I was on vacation out West.
