The GTS-R is a purpose built Racecar. The street car, GT-2 is copy of the GTS-R it was built in limited production of 100 units. The GTS is the serie built Viper. Are you sure he wants a GTS-R a non street driveable racing car?
Last time I checked for a empty GTS-R chassie, without engine and trans was the prize about 100.000 USD...
