Just received, painted, and installed a new hardtop for my '94 R/T 10 from Bruce Venable. Looks good and fits well. It doesn't require removal of the sportcap and is therefore fairly easy to install. The price is great too at $2195.

I belive that Bruce is now into two different tops for the Viper. He is a great person to work with, we bought our '94 RT/10 from him just about three years ago now. God, I can't believe that it's already been three years that we have had our Viper. I'll never get tired of it, that's for sure. Don, how is the top in rain, did you already have windows before, and if so, which ones? We got the V-Mainia ones, with sliders on both sides, and just love the way they work and seal. The car is much quieter inside with the V-Mania windows, even with the soft top, I can just imagine what it would be like with the hardtop.

There is considerably more headroom with the hardtop and much less noise, both from the wind and the ribs on the soft top being buffeted about. The car has never been in the rain, so I can't comment on that aspect. I'll probably go with windows too at some later date, so I was glad to hear your comments on them.

Hey,

It's me again..... Apparently there was some confusion following my initial post because many people thought I paid $2195 for a painted top. That would be too good to be true!! My local Dodge dealer painted it for $225, which is still a good deal. You can contact Bruce at IMXports (513) 931-7678
