ab,
I agree, There are a lot of so-so techs out there. I work at King Dodge in St. Louis, Missouri, and we do our fair share of Viper work. There are several customers of ours that are members of this forum, and hopefully there are all satisfied with my work. I am a little more anal than most techs, I work on customers cars as if they were my own. I try to go the extra step on every job...for instance instead of pop riviting panels on the new frame recall, I use well plugs and 1/4x20 bolts for access down the road. I always paint parts to match existing parts on the car, and the car is always cleaner when it leaves than when it came in. It it the extra touches that makes the customer happy along with a repair that is fixed properly the first time. I also do all of the high performance work in our shop...superchargers, nitrous, gears, roll bars, custom paint...etc. If there are any owners out there looking for a top notch repair facility, and somebody you can trust, maybe you could give us a try.
Thank You,
Joe Donovan
