Heads and a camshaft prices?

Just curious whats a good ballpark figure i'm going to have to fork out for a set of heads and a camshaft? Any of you have heads and cam work done yet? My 99 has nitrous and not a SC so i'm not sure what heads i'm going to get yet? Plus what HP could I expect to pick up seeing how this is not a SC car? Any help would be appreciated.
