I have a 94RT10 with a new tranny (on warranty), clutch, pressure plate and slave cylinder also replaced at the same time. When shifting from 1st to 2nd there is still a bit of grinding when speed shifting into 2nd gear. All other gears there is no grinding what so ever. The dealer seems skeptical that there is anything wrong since everything else is new.
I’m going back one more time and insisting on having the clutch line bled and if that doesn't fix it I will have to find another dealer to pull all of this apart and check everything again. Good thing that I changed everything out when the tranny was out or they would be pointing fingers at that.
Does any one know what the correct measurement is between the clutch and pressure plate when the pedal is fully depressed as well as having any other suggestions?
I’ve had muscle cars and standards all my life so it isn't the driver.
