...every went well except the hood will not close. It seems that the top portion on the front fascia where it meets the leading edge of the hood is very tight w/ bra on( the bra material/Straps are being pinched).I'm avoiding using excessive force to close hood. Anybody else have this problem? At this time I have not tried to install the hood portion of the cover because it would make the hood even tighter. Note: the back of the bra has a mesh applied in the grill opening and fog light areas that is coarse nylon material. It may cause clear coat damage, so I applied clear shelfing material to protect the paint. The shelfing material can be purchased at any hardware store, think of it as a removable 3M clear protectant.
TIA

Ed, I was planning to purchase the bra front end cover for my SRT. If you can't close the hood, it has to be installed wrong? What I read about it is that it's a 22 oz foss polyester that won't harm the paint. Now I'm not sure if I'll get it. Please keep us informed on your progress.

Just curious, did you get the bra to fit? Not sure if I'll but one if they don't fit properly.

No, could not get hood to close. And this was w/ only the fascia portion on, did not even try the hood portion. Combination of retaining straps and bra material preventing front part of hood to latch. Avioded what I thought would be excessive force.
I think I'll go the stongard/clear bra route.

Bought mine from Chuck Tator Dodge, it fit the first time and works perfectly. He has them in stock. I would recommend returnign yours (sounds like it is still like new) and order one from him!!! He is great to work with and willsend it to you same day. I haven't taken mine off!!

luv2race2,
The fit or the bra is fine, but how much pressure do you use to close the hood? The bra doesn't allow the hood to close. Maybe, I can come by to see yours to see if there are any differences?

I'll bet the gap between fascia and hood varies from car to car. If your gap is tight, I wouldn't be forcing the hood shut. Your's simply might not fit due to the gap.
