Help on a code (158)

[99 R/T 10]

I got a powertrain code number 158 which show Bank 2 #2 O2 sensor circuit high voltage. What does this mean? Now I just put on my Borla headers with 3" TNT exhaust. After I check it and cleared the code I have not gotten a repeat check engine light. Why? Any experts that can help please do. I am suppose to drive up to Nashville on Monday. Also When we do the track events on Friday and Saturday, do the tires need to match?

I thought it was the right side, second O2 sensor, but heard check engine light sometimes come on when there are no cats(need shims to take care of the check engine light). But I thought that only applied to the 2000+ models.
