Spending $400 for a "pre-purchase" inspection is a smart move.
If the car was serviced by any Dodge dealer,you can go to any dodge dealer and ask them to input the VIN# in their computer and print-out the maintenance record/history.
You should also tell the seller that if you buy the car,you WANT to deduct the $400 inspection fee.
The way the economy is now,it is a buyer market.
