Yep, yellow is a definite eye-catcher all right. :eek:
There is a real reason why many fire engines are now painted yellow rather than the traditional red. And why many roadside traffic signs are yellow as well.

Because yellow is a highly visible, bold color, that people look at.

I'm not sure that I would want a yellow car myself, but I certainly notice them, and they definitely make a car stand out even more! :laugh:

Yep, yellow attracts lots of things. Insects just love 'em!

Yeh, yeh, yeh. I do get in a good 9 months here as well. The only thing that keeps me off is snow (or rain for that matter) and salt. Yesterday was just great for driving. Plus we get that extra cool weather horsepower kick.

Overall lots of excuses because I would rather be in a warm weather climate.

The only thing that ***** about yellow is that after you wash your car, all the neighborhood bugs want to **** your car.

Apparently they think it is a big flower and want to pollinate it.

if i bought my gf a viper, it would be yellow. myself, i like mine black...........red is cool but its a ticket magnet
