Pin lengths are not totally tied to a year, some changed within a model year. If factory hardware was used, you may be able to change the pins, call Mike Trost at NorthWind Engineering. He has the pins listed at : http://www.viperclub.org/northwind (Item 14) . But, from the sound of John's answer, he did not use fatory windshield mount hardware, so fitment may be limited.
