I installed the Random Tech HiFlo Cats, with the 3" Corsa Exhaust back system. Im very happy with them. The temperature at your side sills will be much cooler. Like my car, Silver cars tend to yellow at the side sills after some time from the heat. This will correct that problem, as well as give you a extra 8-10 HP. Your exhaust will sound a little louder, however I basically have minimal interior noise @ crusing speeds. I definitely think there worth it.

I got Sean Roe high-flow cats together with a 2.5" Corsa cat-back. My main goals were lower side-sill heat, and a better sound compared with stock. Both goals were well met, and maybe there is a bit more power too as a plus from the cats.

Also it passed CA smog easily, which I was concerned about before installation. So I'm quite pleased with them.

I just installed the Random Tech hi Flow cats in my GTS. I got from Parts Rack. I purchased the GTS a few months ago, but when it flunked the e-check, I had to put the cats on. My impressions are that the sills are a little cooler without the HF cats, but I think it is much cooler than stock either way. Sounds better with no cat.. more rumble at idle and louder. Still sounds good with the cats. (better when I put on the Corsa 3") Emissions: I could not pass HC I ran 99 at best with tuneup and oil change. Limit is 74 I think. After cats I ran 9 and passed easily.

I had no problem with fumes, but some do when they run without cats. (Probably an Air/fuel issue with the O2 sensors or the PCM. I think someone has a box to fool the computer and solve this problem if it occurs)

I too run the Random Tech Cats.

Not sure if I would like the Oval Cats. There is not a lot of room in there and with Headers, there is no flex pipe, I think it would hit when the motor rocks.

FYI: My car SMELLS. Since the Hi-Flo cats were installed, it is not pleasant to drive behind me or set at a stop light next to me.

Installed the RT-HF-Cats and the 3" Corsa too.
The temperature at the side sills (and in the car!) is much cooler. Had yellowed side sills due to the high heat. Now I can touch the side sills after driving. The exhaust is much louder, but no interior resonance any more.
