Hi Pete. It isn't that difficult to do, but of course that depends on the level of ability of the installer. Probably would take about 4-5 hrs in a garage by the average?? do it yourselfer. You can have them call me at the shop for help.John

had my 94 RT changed in 90 mins at a non-Chrysler garage, having the right tools and ramps, first clutch he'd changed in a viper.

took me and a fiend 3 hours. simple with the right tools. better than what the dealer quoted.$1500. after all that didn't even have to change it. now got an almost new clutch in the garage. viper techs at the dealer don't know that much more than the average joe.

If you don't want to do it yourself.... then here's the easy way
out...

Get the clutch from Roe Racing... $269 for the whole kit

order it here : http://www.roeracing.com/index.html?token=819763152-1125054133-1897749298&A=4&B=Engine%20Performance

Then take the kit to your local viper tech and he will quote you
the Dodge hours for the install ( 4 hrs if I remember right )
labor charge.

You pick up the car the next day.....

Total cost ( clutch kit/labor ) should not cost over $750 installed and out the door.

I had them switch out the transmission fluid at the same time
with synthetics.....
