are these decent dyno numbers for a stock 99 R/T with just K&N filters (not smoother tubes YET)???

437 rwhp

468 rwtq

i bought many mods but have yet to have them installed and i don't think i can manage to install them, i currently have jesel j2k rockers, smoothies,70mm TB's,msd wires,180 degree thermastat and the vec 2 that I just bought like 2 days ago none of which installed tho.

Hey Stu,
those seem to be really good numbers for just filters. You need to get to it! Get those other mods done and re-dyno. The Vec2 will allow you or a tuner to get everything out of your car. I'll be interested to see what you end up with.

Stu,
That's way low because your sig says that you are adding new "Roe products every day". That is 30 new mods per month and 365 per year.
At only three HP per mod, you should be pulling at least 1200 or 1300 HP. I'd demand my money back on some of those products. You have been shafted.

those #s look really good. Was this on a dynojet? and is SAE corrected? I am getting ready to dyno mine and I'd be happy with your #'s nearly stock...

Those are some strong #'s alright. We had a handfull of Gen 1's and Gen 2's at the GA VCA dyno day yesterday... The strongest relatively-stock car (hi-flow cats and cat-back + filters and tubes) didn't pull what you pulled. Or maybe it came close. But it was remarkably similar to what you are showing.

You got a strong beast there.

Thats one of the strongest I have seen "stock", really good numbers.

Did you guy the car new ? Just curious if the previous owner did some mods you dont know about. Also was this SAE corrected ? If not, then it answers the question.

Anyway congrats !! Nice numbers

yes it was corrected and it was a dynojet.

no i bought the car used but it was advertised with no mods and i cant see any except billit gauges surroundings and trunk strut.

I honestly don't think any were done if any they must be internal because its the stock exhaust, tubes, filters TB's ect and who would do internal engine mods and leave stock filters that were dirty at that.

Graphite: I buy Roe products alot but as far as actually installing them is another issue, see when i save up enough cash to do my installs and im just about to call Chuck Tater and make a appointment, I always end up spending the money on another mod, so i have a box full of mods and only K&N's installed, except for all the MGW chrome dress up and doo dads.

Thanks alot guys you made my day lol

My 02 pulled 428 hp and 466 torque two weeks ago. All I have is smooth tubes, filters and rear muffler delete. My car pulled about 10 or so hp more than the next closest stocker.

You can manipulate dyno numbers depending on how you run the test. Maybe your car had a nice long cooldown prior to the pull. Was the car up to normal operating temps?
