I am currently selling my '94 Corvette convertible, and my '92 Mustang convertible to pay for my '00 R/T 10.
Both of my other cars are great fun and look great, but the Viper has been a dream of mine for years so I had to have one.

Had a 'vette for two years, sold it for $1,000 more than I paid for it - car held value, I'm happy.

Also drove a 2001 'vette before making the decision to buy the new 2001 Viper.

The wife also likes the Viper better - from better visability to adjustable pedals.

I'm very happy with the Viper, although I recommend everyone else buy a 'vette, so I can stay unique and ahead of the pack (ha-ha).

I'll never go back.

Well, I kinda did it backwards. I bought the Viper first and then got the 02 Z06 for a daily driver. I didn't sell the Viper. You probably know that from the CF.

I've owned two Corvettes. Purchased a '93 with 4k miles on it; then owed three Vipers and purchased a 2001 Vette.

Loved them all (for different reasons).

[Note: I'm moving this over to Off Topic since it's not specificcaly related to the forum.]

I'm fairly young (25) but, I have had a few vettes. 94 Paxton supercharged, 97C5, 99Hardtop. Vettes are great cars. When you start adding heads, cams, superchargers other things start to break. I have owned 2 GTS's, my 00 ACR by far is the best car I have ever owned. It is basically stock and, it will run with almost any heads and cam C5. The added bonus is that my car has a 7 year warranty from Dodge. Can't beat having the dealer service your exotic car for the next few years.
