How to access the rear exhaust hanger nuts ?

How do you get to the nuts or whatever it is that the rear most exhaust pipe hanger bolts go into ? I have one side that is loose. Have the nuts backed off or has the floor pan broken ? I have not pulled the rear exhaust and heat shield to look. Nothing can be accessed at the spare tire. tnx, Tony

There is a small bar that is bolted across the frame or some structure above it. It is removable. If you remove or manuever the heat shielding around you will see this. In this bar there are 4 holes (2 each side)which have the nuts tackwelded to the openings on the top of the bar. Either your nut is stripped out, or the tach weld broke and the nut is spinning freely.
