I can´t believe this, but

HYUNDAI

makes advertisement with the snakehead logo for the new coupe in Germany...

Viper is also a derivative of the Cobra personna, so I guess its no surprise that some Johnny-come-lately would also try to steal the emotive effect of the snake.
