They are available new for $400 or so!! They are gray ,but they don't have the fuzzy surface.Call Chuck Tator!!!
When I replaced the dash on my '95 back in 1999 or 2000, I got one of 13 remaining left in the Mopar parts system, and I don't think they are making them anymore, so I would bet there are no more available from the dealer. Always worth a try, of course, but I imagine the original poster looked at the dealer before posting here. The one I got was fuzzy gray, identical to my original dash, btw.

Don't think Randy,call Chuck for the new style that is NOT FUZZY,but smooth instead!
