Icons for reply boxes have disappeared

Here's a couple pics of what my reply/start thread boxes look like. Notice all the icons for type options are gone. I can still click on them and they work, just no icons present. Started today. No other problems on this website or any others. Ran "SpyBot" program this morning to remove any spyware from my cpu. Not sure if that is related or not.

I have the same problem with no icons whether creating a thread or replying to an existing message; basic or advanced message screen; FireFox or Internet Explorer. The pop-ups work. Enhanced text features don't appear on the preview.
