I was having trouble with my Zone rep getting back to my dealer with some warranty issues. I got the run around for about a month..and finally got sick of it. I talked to the service manager about it and he said he was trying to get an answer on my stuff. He gave me a customer service number to call and whalla! I got what I wanted with no questions asked or hassle. 800-992-1997. I told the lady on the phone my problem, she made a few calls and she also had them cover a kick panel which is a trim item for me for free too. (My car is out of 3 year warranty) I have the MAX CARE from Bill Pemberton. I'm impressed how quickly they took care of it. Give it a try and hopefully you will get the same treatment. I just wanted to share this if you are having trouble too.

I had a small problem with work getting done on my car and when I talked about it with one of the local VCA heirarchy, he flat out ignored me! I now know why he ignored me.
