Seems tempting even though I would need to move my GTS soon after making the move.

I would not think so, unless you want brand new, there are many available used with just a few miles for less. If you gotta have brand new I would consult Bill Pemberton regarding the deal, if it's a great deal he will tell you to go for it, if it's not a great deal, he'll do better for you.

That is $2000 above the 03 invoice. You should be able to do much better on a 03 especially since 04 orders are being taken.

What if you live in California? Buy from Bill Pemberton and have it shipped out? What is the cost on an 03 that may still be on the lot? What about the 04's ?

I live in Buffalo NY and Bill sent me my car in a closed trailer.
A headache free process.

Does $78,500 include $3K gas guzzler tax? If not, call Bill P. I'm sure he could get you a better deal. On my case, I called him on a tuesday to chat, ordered the car on Wednesday, and had the driver pull up to my driveway on Saturday morning. No hassles, no problems. Only problem you'll have is not getting any sleep (in anticipation) for the two days (or nights) while the car is being trailered to your driveway from Nebraska.

You got that right! Nothing finer than seeing that trailer from Woodhouse show up with a beautiful Viper, with you yawning from lost sleep!

Jeeez, there is still a guy here that does not know about the Woodhouse/Bill Pemberton nationwide delivery experience. Best car buying experience you will ever have, enclosed trailer pulls up in your driveway, REAL NICE people who drove that great big Dodge dually, and made it there within two days after you bought the car (Nebraska to Maryland) These folks actually take off their shoes to drive the car out of the trailer, you instantly become the hero of your neighborhood, especially with the teenage crowd. the husband and wife team that brought mine were soooo nice that I offered them accomodations for the evening as it was late. They politely declined. Oh, they won't leave until they have taken you through a complete explanation of EVERY system on the car and they are VERY knowledgeable about the car, I was very surprised at this. It was just like picking up my M5, or LS400 or Q45. The service was at THAT level of going through the systems on the car, except it was happening in my garage. I was so happy about the experience that when I wanted a Durango a year later I wasn't afraid to call Bill for advice on price and options, never thinking that he could compete on a truck like that, I was also having trouble finding the truck I wanted (Durango RT) at the price I wanted. There were very few left at the end of the year and this is a HUGE metro area (Baltimore/Washington) I only called Bill for advice, thinking as a Viper owner he would lead me to what I needed and not thinking he could compete price wise on a cross country shipment of a common truck. Well, 2 days later my new Durango rolled off the trailer from Woodhouse, funniest comment from Bill was, and remember I live in a BIG metro area, and I could not find my choice and he lives where...Nebrasky? "Ya wanna RT, I got 40 of 'em." Oh, he beat the local dealers price, including delivery.
