Is there a difference in the Viper manual and the factory shop manual?

I was wondering if there was a difference in the Factory Shop Manual that the techs use compared to the ones that can be bought here on this site?

I was told by the dealership that the factory shop manual was over $200.00??

Several times last month I called the number listed and kept getting a "no longer in service" message.

Does anybody know what the deal is with the phone number???
