Believe it or not that is real, I have seen that while browsing through some viper sites. I believe it's a overseas tuner, you should see other shots of the car!

Yep, those are definitely real add-on parts. They're from a company called Getra and I remember checking them out on their website a long time ago. It was some company out of Germany, and I think they have long since quit making Viper add-ons. Their website is no longer on the Internet.

Their website is still on the internet, it just changed addresses. Just go to http://www.getra.org/ - I don't think they have any more info on that particular Viper though. I think that it was designed by Luigi Colani, who has modified other cars as well (Ferrari I think).
