Is this commercially available?

I've seen this CF bulkhead posted in the past (I hope owner doesn't mind me re-posting). I'm wondering if anyone knows if this is available from a supporting vendor, or was it a one-off custom piece?

I Likey The speaker covers might be a little over the top, but the bulkhead is purty

I believe everything in that cars interior was custom made for him, but anything can be had with enough cash I bet. Very cool looking setup though.
