It\'s with a heavy heart that I must......

Announce the sale of my beloved ACR. Unfortunately, I'm moving to a more expensive area and I desperately need the funds for the purchase of a new home. If anyone is interested before I post on the classifieds or go the eBay route, please e-mail me at [email protected]. I just turned 5,000 miles, the oil is fresh, coolant was just flushed, and the car is simply near perfection. Max Care Chrysler warranty until 60,000 miles or 3/2010. Stock except for Borla exhaust and high flow cats, MGW black gas cap, and black emblems. I have lots of pictures to e-mail if needed, or check out my gallery. Asking price is $60,000.

He would need to factor in operating expenses as well as the sale price...with mine the 60K payoff would occur with in the first 6 months (she needs to join 'shoppers anonymous")

Socrates, I suggest you call him, I did and he produced a deal that I did not think possible. I closed on his deal. He gets it done. Real world advice too. PM me if you want to know more.

With all the new wild mortgages out there... you may want to make this call. Rates are great, and products like interest only loans (although I think these are in place to help poeple spend even more than they can afford ) are a great way to get more house for a lower payment. You'll still need to pay the piper eventually, but if housing in your area keeps appreciating at the clip it has been, maybe the appreciation will pay the piper for you!

Lot's of great Vipers out there in the mid forties right now.... get a bigger house, trade down to a few year older Viper GTS, and end up with it all

For anyone interested, I know Justyn's Viper, the "Yellow Fever." Whoever buys it is going to be pretty happy. It's a good looking clean Viper that runs great. By the way he didn't pay me for the plug. Justyn, hopefully we'll be able to go for one more cruise before you sell it. Good luck with your future plans in Tampa.

Get a 1% mortgage and keep the snake!!

300k mortgage is only $964 per month! who hoooooo.... Not only will you be able to possibly keep the snake but add mods to it as well! heh heh
