In Kansas City we have been struggling with finding a Viper dealer that keep ALL club members happy. We have a new dealer, Jay Wofe Dodge Inc. in the Lee's Summit area that is trying real hard.
A few weeks ago they had a real nice open house & cookout for us with food/drinks and provided parking for all the Vipers inside.
This past Saturday I just dropped into the dealership without an appointment and told them my AC was not working and it was hot out. John Houser the Service Manager had them look at my car right away. They put a quick charge on the system so that I could enjoy the 4th of July weekend in my car. I will return later for a full fix. So far it is blowing cold, life is good.
