Wow I'm really excited,I opened the boxes like a kid ripping into a Christmas present
the quality looks excellent and the tips are massive.
I can put my hand inside the tips, makes the stock tips seem
puny.the three inch pipes are huge reminds me of my diesel.I got the Corsa from Jon B(parts rack) along with the random flow cats
thanks Jon can't wait to put them on,was kinda of worried to keep the car stock but now who cares these are awesome.

Viper Fever, let me know if you weld in the RT cats or clamp them in.

I just had the same parts (also from JonB) installed on my 96 RT/10. I got different views on welding the cats, of course you want to only clamp the Corsa pipes, that is what they are designed for, and you would need to remove them if you ever had to drop your rear end...

The shop that installed the system for me said the pipes had a "swedge" fit, if I got the word right?? Anyway, tight tolerance, and the special clamps create a great seal...Of course, if you don't weld the cats in place, you will need 4 additional clamps from what you already have.

YAHOO!
I got home and mine was sitting in my garage as well! I didn't expect it until next week. Impressive looking tips for sure and I already hit it with the metal polish. Shines up pretty easily. Definitely quality looking construction and well packaged. Can't wait to get it installed.

Hi Jim,
I'm sticking with the stock cats for now to see how the sound is. I may go with hi-flow cats later if I need to bump up the volume, but I don't want to get it too loud.

I'm doing the install in my garage this weekend on jackstands. Guess I'd better go down and get some jackstands, not to mention a jack! Maybe I'll get off my duff (can I say duff?) and get some before and after sound files as well as some intall pics.
