Kansas City VCA raises $16,000+ at annual Holiday Auction!!

Many thanks to our vendors and most especially our Kansas City VCA members. We had some incredible donations and fantastic bids. The club took in some $16,350.00 tonight, half of which goes to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City and the other half to fund regional club events in 2006. That easily blew away our 2004 total of $11,000. Our thanks again to all of our incredible members, and to the following vendors in particular:

It was a great way to end a fantastic year here in Kansas City and we can't wait for 2006 to get underway! It's almost as good as being part of the NY/CT club. Almost.

Really phenomenal food, great piano player, superb atmosphere in a fantastic ballroom, lots of fun Viper friends, ..............what else could we ask for. With the Party next year on a Saturday, plan on raising 25,000, as I would bet we would have folks from surrounding Regions wanting to attend when they hear how well this Christmas Party went over. Kudos to you, Mary, the Longs, the Wollesons, and the other local KC members, as it was a wonderful night for a worthwhile cause.
