I've been doing some research on the Kwikload trailers that most here seem to love. I have one small question that I cannot seem to locate the answer for... Will a Viper w/Sidepipes fit between the fenders? I've seen a couple of GTS examples but no one with pipes.

(ps - I know there's an RT on the website, but I'm just double checking to be sure before purchase.)

IMSOSLO has a Quikload and a '94 RT/10. He's very happy with it, you might wanna check the member list and shoot him an e-mail. Ken you gonna chime in on this?????

I would be more concerned with the approach angle. My 94 has a 7/1 approach angle. That means that the front of the car is appx 21" ahead of the tires and that the front facia is 3" off the ground. This is a difficult angle to attain as I am finding out. The H&H trailer I recently picked up won't accomodate this low of an angle without ramps.

I STRONGLY suggest taking your Viper and load it on the exact trailer you are considering purchasing! Avoid the prolems I am having with getting the company to respond to their claim of accomodating a Viper's low approach angle.

I loaded my 1993 on my KwikLoad a bazillion times. No problem.

In fact, when loaded, I "think" the sidepipe openings end up aft of the fenderwells. In any case, it fits fine. Approach angle is fine, IF you park on flat ground. Park in a dip, and those will hit...needs 2x12x36 for ramps

A GEN 3 - SRT/10 will not fit a Sloans, apparently, so plan ahead.

I can't vouch for exact approach angle, but we can load my wife's Daytona GTS onto our Kwik-load without the front splitter scraping, and that thing's waaaay out there:

I'll try measuring the approach angle tomorrow when I load up for the drag races @ Sacramento...

Bonkers...

Just took delivery today of a new 20' Sloan KwikLoad. I was very fortunate as the man that builds the trailer is located just north of Dallas(as a matter of fact..I will be bringing my car to VOI on the trailer and he has sent some information to me to hand out to those that may see the trailer and have some interest in buying). The trailer is awesome(thanks Ben for the advice)
