Last Sunday pictures of Viper Parade at MIS

Here are some pictures of the MIS Viper Parade from last Sunday. Was it ever a cold, grey day. I took our grandson with me, and he was my official photographer for the day. Don't think I would ever go back to a NASCAR race in person, it is more interesting on TV. The one lap around the track was fun, but we left home at 4 am to get there at 6 am, and we were the 5th Viper there.

I remember the Viper Parade at MIS at VOI-1, an IROC/CART race.
260 Vipers and 400+ more MoPars !

Nice shots Roland, I thought the SRT was first in line though for the run no??

I was the last Viper in the whole shabang, and was talking to some other Viper owners and saw you guys all roasting out onto the track, we barely hopped in our cars and we were off. I'll post some of my pics soon.

Nice shot of the 03, with a GTS right behond it for comparisons............I'll leave it at that.

Thanks for the photos, Roland. It was a BUSY weekend in the midwest with Ind/Ky Dyno Day, Viper Days at GingerMan, and the NASCAR event !!!

Looks like a great experience, but I think you guys missed the proverbial boat. We ran 90 to 100 laps at Gingerman with Viper Days, in sunny 70's weather in South Haven, with 50 or so Vipers.

The most incredible experience I've had yet on 4 wheels (sometimes 3)

Tommy Archer was testing the Comp Coupe there. Nothing like drifting onto the front straight with a seemingly giant PVO hood dancing in your rear view mirror...

I thought that Zak would like to go to the MIS race instead of the Gingerman Viper Days, but next time, it's VIPER DAYS! You don't need a pit pass or anything to go and talk with the crews, drivers, etc. However, I have to say that if it were not for the VCA being there with the food, coffee and the beautiful motor home, the experience would have been much less enjoyable! I'd like to get him back here for the Viper Ferrari War, but I don't know if he will be able to make that one. Are there any Viper events coming up at Mid-Ohio this summer?
