Looking for an Air Conditioning unit for a 94 RT/10

I spoke to Chuch T. on the phone about an AC unit for a 94 RT/10 and was told that I would basically need to pick one up from somebody who has taken theirs off their car when converting it for racing or something.

Does anybody know where to pick up such a unit or have one available? I am mechanically ********, so what would it cost me to have the dealership (or somebody here in San Diego) install this once I got it (if there is one to be found) ?

I would appreciate any help.

Hey,

I just got a set-up to do the same to my 1994. I got it from Jon B at The Parts Rack. Give him a call. Perhaps he has access to another system. Or, call Elite Motorsports. He had a system off of a 2001 that they had modified for racing.
As for the cost of installation, the one dealer I checked with would do it only on the clock. He "guess"-timated it to be between $900-1,000. Hope this helps!!!

A local Air Conditioning/Auto Radiator shop put mine in. There are directions. Cost me $500.00 for the install.
If you have the part #'s you can (could) get parts. I can look them up if you like....
