Now on sale at Harbor Freight through 3/13/03. Plus I have an e-mail coupon for $10.00 off good for in store purchases. If you want the coupon send me an e-mail at [email protected] and I will e-mail it to you. I have not used one of these but several board members have them. I have heard no bad comments. At $149.99 I may have to try one.

These jacks are surprisingly well made. I used it at the last race on the RX-7's. The only reason why I don't own one myself for home use is because my garage is very cramped... the handle on the jack has a pretty long throw on it.

Otherwise, it's a great way to jack up low vehicles...

Are these the nascar style that will essentially jack the car up with one pump?

I just bought one online last week. Best price online for the silver color is $169, use # 47246-4xxx, *** being whatever catalog three digit code you have handy. Whenever you buy online use the tab "order from printed catalog" and search for the best price using the highest # like "-4" above. You can usually find 5 different prices for the same item! Pick the best price
Any order over $50 gives you free freight with a $5.95 handling charge and best of all no sales tax. For $20 more I could have got a red one to match the viper, but I opted for the silver.

If anyone that e-mailed me did not get a return let me know. I sent about 12 back out. I would post the link if there were one but it came to me in an e-mail. It does say retail stores only.

NO...NOT a "one pump" style...several pumps needed and they DO require more effort that one might expect vs. some other models that I have.

I picked one up at a local Frieght Harbor store and it works great. Steve-Indy said it all, it does require more effort to lift the car. It slides under the car easily and the price can't be beat.

I got sick of using ramps and then jacking the car up, you'll be happy with one should you purchase.

Mr. Frank Indriso,
I don't understand why you are discussing anybody's spending habits when your own email is a public school's domain name. Do the taxpayers of Sewell, NJ, or residents of Blackwood, NJ, know that their Orchard Valley Middle School librarian is using the www.WTPS.org email system? You must have had some turn-around, given your current open discussion and how your peers thought you were excessively restrictive.

Tom,

I am enjoying this. You do an internet search on my name...awwwwww how sweet of you...too bad those people are envious!!! Hey, you never know where I can be found writing on controversial topics...that was a highlite of my career! You get an "A" for the day!
What other stuff are you going to come up with? Why don't you post some pictures of the cars I have restored in the past? I am sure with some more digging, you'll come up with something! Have a nice day!! :usa:
