I have given up my "Creampuff" for more power. Those cast pistons are gone and new forged pistons are now under more boost. I was always impressed with how much power Larry Macedo squeezed out of my stock 2001 motor, but the thirst for more power has bitten me. Larry did a rebuild on the motor with forged pistons and a 708 cam, the rest of the motor remains stock, including the heads, but with some Macedo power tricks here and there. The car idles better than it did the day I bought it, there is no rock to the motor at all, it would be hard to tell it is running if not for the deep mean sounding exhaust note. the power is incredible, we picked up about 80 rwhp and 90 rwtq, but most impressive is the curve, it picked up 50-90 hp all the way through the rpm range, Larry's tunning of the car is awesome. It is making 635 rwhp and 690 rwtq on boost (8 PSI) alone and 801 rwhp and 928 rwtq with some N2O. Thanks Larry, GREAT JOB.
